We have held our prices for over two years, however, with sharp increases in virtually every raw material, tool, product and service required to produce our barrels, we must now implement a price increase. Thank you for your understanding.

All pricing is F.O.B. our shop in Maryland. Please see new "signature requirement" shipping policy outlined below.

• Finished lengths are as indicated on the Contours page, column A.
• Additional finished length available on most contours at $10/inch (1.200” & 1.250” dia.) and $15/inch (1.450” dia.).
• NEW! Cryogenic pre-treatment now available. Add only $30 for 1.200" and 1.250" dia. barrels, $35 for 1.450" dia. barrels.
• Standard external finish is #120 sanded. Additional finishing is available.
• Custom contours available by request, please ask for pricing.
• Special lapping preferences, such as tapering or choking, are available at additional cost. Please ask for pricing.
• New: Shipping charges have increased, and will usually be quoted as $20, $25, or $30 per barrel, based on barrel weight (contour & length) and the ship-to zone. We prefer to ship DHL Ground, due to the poor damage coverage policies of UPS. If you prefer shipping using UPS, please let us know at the time of ordering. Thank you.
• New January 2007: All shipments will require a signature at the destination address. Please provide us with a Ship-To address that accomodates this requirement. (This policy has been implemented to protect our customers, and will greatly facilitate the filing of lost/damage claims if experienced.)
• All pricing subject to change.

Quantity Discount Program:

We offer a quantity discount program to customers who order multiple barrels within a 12 calendar-month period. (Note: This program has changed slightly for 2005/2006.)

• Full price on first five barrels (1-5) bought (orders confirmed with a non-refundable deposit) during 12 calendar months, then a 50% off certificate is issued for the next barrel (6).
• Full price for next four barrels (7-10) bought (orders confirmed with a non-refundable deposit) during same 12 calendar month period, then a 100% off certificate is issued for the 11^th barrel.
• Certificates are valid on standard barrel costs only, and cannot be applied to additional charges (ie. fluting, extra length or special finish).

Ordering Information:

Standard terms are a 50% non-refundable non-transferable deposit upon ordering, with the balance fully paid prior to shipment. Payment methods currently include money order, cashier’s check, or personal check (all checks will be cleared immediately upon receipt and prior to shipment). We are not planning to accept credit cards in the near future.

Shipping costs for other than the standard UPS/DHL Ground within the continental U.S. are extra.
